Abstract Chronic tonsillitis is a recurrent inflammatory condition that can affect quality of life. This prospective study evaluated the miasmatic pattern and response to individualized homoeopathic treatment in 40 patients. Marked, moderate, mild, and no improvement were observed in 50%, 25%, 15%, and 10% cases, respectively. Psora was the predominant fundamental miasm (90%), while Tubercular miasm was the predominant dominant miasm (45%). The mean clinical score improved from 10.65 to 4.05 (t = 18.0057, p < 0.001). Individualized homoeopathic treatment was associated with significant clinical improvement in most cases.
