This paper examines the role of technology in banking reforms, key innovations such as digital payments, artificial intelligence, and block chain, and evaluates their impact along with challenges like cyber security risks and digital divide. The study concludes that technology-driven reforms are essential for sustainable growth and global competitiveness of the Indian banking sector. |
