| Abstract | In today’s rapidly evolving digital economy, courier tracking systems have become a vital part of global logistics and e-commerce. Customers increasingly expect transparency, accuracy, and reliability in delivery operations. This paper presents an in-depth study and design of a Courier Tracking Application that leverages GPS technology, cloud computing, and mobile platforms to ensure efficient, real-time parcel tracking. The study explores various existing tracking systems, analyzes their limitations, and proposes a user-friendly, scalable, and secure solution for courier management. The proposed application enables users to view the exact parcel location, expected delivery time, and transit status. By integrating database management and GPS services, the system enhances operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing human error. The findings of this research underline the growing necessity of technological automation in logistics to streamline courier delivery systems. |
